Add the desired amount of soaking salts to the running water of a warm bath to allow salts to dissolve. Relax and soak in the bath for 20-30 minutes.

Soothe, soften and relieve tired aching feet by adding two to three tablespoons of the soaking salts to a foot bath or large basin of warm water. Allow salts to dissolve and soak your feet for 10-15 minutes.
